Premier Membership
- Receive one 60-minute massage per month,
- Or a one-hour facial for an additional $5.
- Upgrade to a 90-minute massage for an additional $40.

Ultimate Membership
- Receive one 90-minute massage per month,
- Or a 90-minute facial for an additional $20.
- Add one upgraded enhancement to your monthly service for an additional $10.
- Enjoy two complimentary steam room visits each month.
- Receive 10% off any waxing services.

Terms and Conditions
- Your monthly treatment benefit must be redeemed within 30 days after the billing date.
- Treatments not used will be rolled over and can be used for 12 months after the charge date.
- You may use 1 roll over service per month.
- Discounts and additional benefits do not roll over and can only be used while membership is in effect.
- Appointments made in advance must be cancelled within 24 hours or the appointment will be considered a used treatment.
- Member discounts may not be combined with any other discounts or special offers.
- Full membership and associated benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable.
- Individual services may be granted to a friend or family member; however, you can only transfer to the same individual one time every 6 months.
- Membership fee is conveniently billed to your credit or debit card monthly.
- Memberships are for a one-year period, but you can cancel with 30 days’ written notice after 6 months.
- Unused services carry over and you can use up to one carryover service monthly.
- You can transfer your monthly service or carry over service to a friend or family member for a $10 transfer fee.
- Memberships can be frozen for up to 90 days after 6 months.
- Receive “members only” special offers and discounts.
- Your credit card will be kept on file and will be charged with the amount recorded on the same day each month.
- Your credit card number and email address are required for participation in the program.
- Memberships are a minimum of 6 months and can be cancelled at any time after this period, provided written notice is received 30 days in advance of monthly billing date.
- As of the effective date of cancellation, all outstanding benefits (including rollover services) expire.
- You may freeze your membership for up to 90 days after 6 months with 30 days written notification.
- Indulgences, Inc. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this program, provided 30 days prior written notice is provided to members.
