Memberships at Indulgences Day Spa

Membership term length is 1 year. Your monthly treatment benefit must be redeemed within 30 days of billing date. Treatments not used will be rolled over and can be used for 1 year after the charge date. You may use 1 roll over service per month. Discounts and additional benefits do not roll over and can only be used while membership is in effect. Appointments made in advance must be cancelled within 24 hours or the appointment will be considered a used treatment. Member discounts may not be combined with any other discounts or special offers. Full membership and associated benefits are non-transferable and non-refundable. Individual services may be granted to a friend or family member, however you can only transfer to the same individual one time every 6 months. Your credit card will be kept on file and will be charged with the amount recorded on the same day each month. Your credit card number and email address is required for participation in the program. Memberships are a minimum of 6 months and can be cancelled at any time after this period, provided written notice is received 30 days in advance of monthly billing date. As of the effective date of cancellation, all outstanding benefits (including rollover services) expire. You may freeze your membership for up to 90 days after 6 months with 30 days written notification.

Indulgences, Inc. reserves the right to vary, add or eliminate services and the facilities provided and to modify the terms and conditions of this program, provided 30 days prior written notice is provided to member. Indulgences, Inc. also reserves the right, to set aside the facilities for special events or activities and to close or modify the facility hours without prior notice.
