Do your gift certificates have an expiration date?

For accounting purposes, all our gift certificates have an expiration date. However, we will always honor our gift certificates; we just ask that the recipient pay the difference if there has been a price increase since the gift certificates' expiration date.

I have a gift certificate for a one hour massage but would like to upgrade my service to a 90 minute massage. Can I do that?

Certainly. You would just have to pay the difference between the cost of the gift certificate and the cost of the service you desire.

My gift certificate is for a facial but I would rather have a massage. Can I change it?

Yes. We would just credit the value of the certificate towards any service that you receive.

Can I redeem my certificate for cash?

Sorry; gift certificates are only redeemable for products or services.

Can I give my gift certificate to someone else?

Certainly; just give us a call to change the registration.

I lost my certificate. What can I do?

No worries. All gift certificates are registered in our system. Just give us a call and we can look it up with some basic information. If the certificate has not been used, we would be happy to reissue a new gift certificate and invalidate the lost one. Please note that we will only make changes or reissue gift certificates to the registered purchaser or registered recipient.
